2000 – First completely surface mounted electric strike for rim exit devices, the 9600 series.

2003 – First electric strike designed for use with 2” fire rated door frames with the required ½” drywall penetration, the 4500 series. 

2003 – First  fire-rated version of a completely surface mounted electric strike, the 9500 series. 

2005 – First electric strike to offer in-frame horizontal adjustability, the 5200 series.

2005 – First surface mounted, multi-purpose lock with over 1,000 lbs. of holding force, the 660 electro-mechanical lock.

2006 – First electric strike for rim exit devices with adjustable faceplate thickness, the Folger Adam 310-4 electric strike.

2007 – First hybrid electric strike with an integrated proximity card reader, the RF5010 series.

2007 – First completely concealed electric strike solution, the 5900 series.

2008 – First hybrid electric strike/proximity card combination that is completely concealed within the door frame, the RF5910 series.

2008 – First electric strike to offer network intelligence at the door, the HT5000 series.

2009 – First value-priced electric strike to replace multiple competing products with no modification to the frame, the Vista V3 series.

2009 – First fire-rated, concealed electric strike that falls within the guidelines for retrofit into fire-rated frames, the 8300 series.
